Tricked

Following early winter rains and holiday snows, there has been unseasonably warm weather for the past few weeks. Some plants, such as this heirlooom Flowering Quince, have been tricked into thinking its spring. With the arrival of more winter rainstorms next week, the mood will change back to winter, leaving this quince a bit confused. Chaenomeles speciosa

  • Perhaps the Quince will be confused, but not fatally, we hope! These blossoms are so full of promise.
