Winter Traveler
The snow is nearly gone, temperatures are up a bit, and I'm posting one last shot of our big Thanksgiving snowstorm. In the forest I came across the path of the big bear, who had apparently traveled here not long after the snowfall. By morning, snow was beginning to melt, and falling like rain from the trees. In a few hours any evidence of our winter traveler had vanished. The prints were eight to nine inches long. Ursus americanus
